Book fitness classes like you book a restaurant
Fitness enthusiasts are now able to book a class like they would book a restaurant. Classium, a new online platform where fitness enthusiasts can search, book and review fitness or recreational classes, has just launched in Australia.
The website is a new meeting place for fitness class seekers and their local, specialised studios, gyms, boot-camps, instructor groups and personal trainers.
Instead of ‘googling’ for a class and wading through thousands of search results - which can cause frustration, lost time and money - fitness class seekers can go straight to Classium and book any nearby class on offer.
“With Classium, you just enter what, when and where you want your class to be - quick and easy - and you can book your spot”, says founder Dennis Au who has been bootstrapping the start-up for the last year.
The user-friendly search functionality lets fitness enthusiasts search for all kinds of physical and recreational activities: strength & cardio, Pilates, yoga, martial arts, boot-camps, sports, fitness for kids, pre/post natal and dance. Class seekers can also narrow down search results by budget, fitness level and age.
For those who don’t want to be locked into a long-term contract or membership, Classium is a useful gateway to get and stay fit, regardless of whether they just moved suburbs, are on a business trip, or just wanting to try something new.
For fitness providers, Classium is a new tool to promote their business and tap into a wider community from one place. It allows them to set up profiles, share their images and videos, set classes, manage bookings and receive reviews from clients. They can also offer specials or discounts to fill up empty spots.
Sharing and review features lets users make an informed decision, removing some of the uncertainty associated with trying a new activity or instructor. Once a user books a class, they can add it to their calendar and invite friends to join them.
It is free for any fitness business to create a profile and for participants to book. To find out more about Classium, head to our website www.classium.com.au or contact us by email to email@example.com.
- Free for fitness enthusiasts to create an account, search and book classes.
- Classium does not charge commissions to fitness enthusiasts or providers for class bookings.
